WHAT IS SHINCHEONJI?

Shincheonji is Korean and means "New Heaven and New Earth" in English.

The full name is "Shincheonji, Congregation of Jesus, Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony".

Shincheonji is a church that God promised many years ago.

In Isa 65:17 one can read that God wants to create a New Heaven and a New Earth.

Like Isaiah 65, Revelation promises that God will create a New Heaven and a New Earth (Rev. 21:1). This is not a physical heaven and earth (Ecclesiastes 1:4), but God is creating a new kingdom and a new people.

God, who had to leave this earth 6,000 years ago because of Adam's sin, has since been planning to come back to earth among the people. To fulfill this, he sent his son Jesus Christ and made a new covenant with the people. At the time when the final prophecies of the Bible are being fulfilled, the New Heaven and New Earth will emerge, to which God wants to come.

So Shincheonji is the place where God descends and will live with man (Rev. 21:2).

From its inception to its organizational structure, Shincheonji was created according to the words of the Bible. It is the kingdom created on earth as it is in heaven (Mt 6:10, Rev 4).

Each church member has learned the words of the 66 books of the Bible so that they have all come to know the will and purpose of God and have the words written on their minds and hearts.

It is the church in which the prophecies and the corresponding fulfilled reality are witnessed.
